New York State Police investigators in East Meadow issued an alert for a woman who has been wanted for nine years after being arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence.
Marilyn Bocio-Elias, 36, is wanted by State Police and Nassau County Court after she was arrested for a DWAI on April 12, 2010. A bench warrant for her arrest was issued on Dec. 12, 2011, after she failed to pay a fine.
Investigators described Bocio-Elias as 4-foot-11 weighing approximately 118 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts has been asked to contact New York State Police investigators by calling (631) 756-3300 or emailing CrimeTip@troopers.ny.gov.
